quite possibly the first thing in my sketchbook of three years that i'm proud of. i feel like i've finally broken through into something valuable just this year. i feel like i'm improving and doing good work and a fair amount of it, and i don't feel like everything i do sucks. it's a pretty good feeling. it makes me feel like maybe i'll have some kind of future after all.

It's a good drawing, and it's real.
I love the shading and, strangely, I love the way you drew her more prominant eye-brow. No idea why but it really stands out to me. *shrugs* It certainly brings out the great detail of her eye. ^^
